FREE 30 DAY RETURNS-
Request a return by using the Returns Form, or emailing us within 30 days of receiving your item.
We will then issue you with a Free Returns Label and QR code, to your email address used upon original purchase.
Your purchase and postage costs, will be refunded back to the payment method used for the initial purchase, upon receipt of your returned item.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS-
If you have ordered an item and wish to cancel it before it is dispatched, please complete our Cancellation Form.
DELIVERY-
Usually by Royal Mail or Evri.
Small Items;
(UK) Usually by Royal Mail 2nd class.
(EU/International) Usually by Royal Mail International Standard.
Usually, 'postable' Large Letter class for single Sideguard Parking Reflectors.
UK delivery is normally 2-5 working days from placing your order.
EU delivery is normally 5-10 working days from placing your order.
International delivery depends on location, but is normally 7-12 working days from placing your order.
Costs will be advised at checkout.
DELIVERIES TO OUTSIDE THE UK-
Deliveries to outside of the UK may incur your local Sales/Purchase Tax, VAT or GST etc. This will be collected by the courier prior to delivery, so please allow for this extra amount on top of our TOTAL invoice amount.
Deliveries to the EU will incur a 3€ per item charge, imposed by the EU. This will be automatically included in the postage charge.
GUARANTEE-
If in the unlikely event your item suffers a manufacturing defect within 12 months of purchase, we will replace or repair the defective item free of charge, including any additional postal charges. Or we may issue a refund for the full purchase price, at our discretion, including any initial postage.
